Position: Tele Sales Representative
Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

Objective:

To generate revenue by reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing product information, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly.
• Handle objections and follow up to close sales.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
