Job Summary

To manage the telesales department to ensure that all orders are correctly processed, queries are resolved to meet required service delivery levels and maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities To achieve the set sales targets for the department to increase revenue through excellent customer service and management of the sales process within the telesales department. To support marketing initiatives for ARG, by ensuring stock is available and well-coordinated for the Sales Team to use as required to support the drive to increase the business market share. To ensure that all customer queries and requests are actioned or resolved in a professional and timely manner by the team to ensure customer satisfaction so that sales targets are achieved for the purpose of growing the business.
