Telesales Trainer (Philippines)

The PH Telesales Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and continuously improving the performance of the telesales team . This role ensures agents are confident, compliant, product-knowledgeable, and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Business Development (BD) team.

The trainer plays a critical role in shortening ramp-up time , improving conversion rates , and ensuring all telesales agents represent KPay professionally and accurately .

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training

Deliver structured onboarding training for new telesales agents

Train agents on:

• KPay products & services (EFTPOS, POS, gateways, Paylinks)
• Core value propositions and USPs
• Target merchant profiles and qualification standards
• Ensure agents fully understand what KPay offers — and what it does not
