Job Description
As a Teller, Personal Banking Advisor or Customer Service Advisor you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
We have multiple full time & part time roles available with shifts varying from 34.5 - 38 hours per week across 3 - 4 weekdays, and you must be able to work Saturdays.
