 At-least 2 years Telstra sales provisioning experience
 Permanent Role – with an ICT Telstra Partner
 Excellent written and communication skills
 Our Client is a Telstra Partner. We are looking for someone to support the ICT business to accurately provision the sales and ensure the sales orders are completed accurately.
  What will you do? 
 Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, solutions orientated and the ability to follow up on outstanding things
 Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and ensuring client satisfaction
 Accurately provision and processing orders and coordinating with vendors to resolve any order issues
 Process customer requests such as billing enquiries, new connects, transfer of ownerships , international roaming requests, porting services, Pin requests ,cancellations /suspensions and blocking services ...
