What The Role Is

You will be deployed on a 42‑hour, 5‑day rostered shift (weekends may be included). The daily operating hours (except public holidays) for ServiceSG Centre are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Provide information, attend to queries, and perform transactions based on a defined set of FAQs and SOPs from a variety of topics including government schemes, financial assistance, application procedures, etc., within service standards. This includes routine activities and single transactions as per customer’s request.
  • Provide admin support in all aspects of the ServiceSG Centre operations.
  • Collect forms, answer calls and inquiries, divert calls, and update statistics.
  • Handle transactions from different government agencies and ensure that statistics are captured after each transaction.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolve general issues with digital government services.
