To assist in the administrative matters around the organisation of both the:

• Annual Scientific Conference
• Scientific Advisory Committee

Liaise with relevant parties about necessary arrangements needed such as

• Venue booking
• Catering
• Booking of air ticket
• Honorarium of for scientific advisory committee member
• Scheduling and electronic distribution mailers for the events

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher
• Events organisation skills are beneficial
