  Job Description 
 :  To supervise the Unit of Accounts and Supplies Division;
 To process/review contract payments, accounting journals, allocation warrants and other financial and accounting matters;
 To ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and safe custody of contract documents;
 To review and ensure the supplier records are properly updated and monthly expenditure reports are timely prepared
 To handle enquiries from project offices and admin. duties as necessary
 To undertake any other duties assigned

  Job Requirement:  Degree in Accountancy
 Level 4 in English Language & Chinese Language, or equivalent 
 5 years full-time working experience 
 Good PC skills
