Job Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and administers cost‑effective benefits programs such as pension plans and life, health, and disability insurance. May also administer the organization’s Employee Assistance Program.
• May also be required to be a subject matter expertise in the area of Disability Management and Attendance Support to ensure timely and effective case management.
• Assist our Plan Members with day‑to‑day medical and dental claims and health benefit‑related questions.
