TEMP Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant

The Pipe Doctor is looking to fill a TEMPORARY (3 months) to possible permanent Dispatcher / Office Admin position. Looking for a candidate that can work on a Full-Time basis. Monday- Friday 7:30am-5pm EST are our normal business hours.

About The Pipe Doctor: We are a USA plumbing company based out of Hyannis, Massachusetts. We are family owned and operated and have been servicing residential customers on Cape Cod for over 45 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist company owners as needed
• Answer all incoming calls
• Schedule and dispatch jobs to plumbers
• Receive incoming calls from plumbers to update their work order notes, and order stock from our vendors for specific jobs for them
• Make followup calls to customers after jobs have been completed
• Contact current customers to review accounts, estimates, update profile information and book seasonal jobs
