As a temporal Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.

A Day in the Life

You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.

No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.
