Who you are:

  • Customer service and order management.

    • 客户服务与订单管理

  • Being contact window of customer.

    • 做客户与工厂沟通联系的窗口

  • Ensure timely delivery and improve the degrees of client’s satisfaction.

    • 确保订单准时交付，提升客户满意度

    About the job:

    General:

  • Being contact window of customer to deal with orders, customer visit, customer inspection.

    • 做客户订单，客户参观，客户终检与工厂的沟通的窗口

  • Execute administrative work with SOP as a base

    • 以SOP为依据，执行日常工作

  • Monthly check status of SO and MO of complete unit order before Jeeves closing and supervise other OHs to follow up.

    • 每月关帐时关注SO 和 MO的订单状态，督促其余OH遵守月结规则

  • Assist updating ET report every month,

    • 每月上传ET数据

  • Check MO big diff and mark orders.

    • 查看MO差异，结束MO

  • Quote lead time and price calculations

    • 负责客户项目询价询货期

  • Focus on KPIs,engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)

    • 关注KPI指标，致力于维护4个指标（安全，质量，交期，成本）
