TEMP SHOP WELDER (1–2 Month Project)

Looking to pick up solid hours and put your welding skills to work right away?


Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors is seeking experienced Temporary Shop Welders to help us get caught up on production. This is a full-time, short-term opportunity (1–2 months) with competitive pay and overtime available.


If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and can produce quality welds, we’d like to talk to you.


What You’ll Do

  • Weld using FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW

  • Read blueprints and follow shop drawings

  • Perform and inspect welds to AWS D1.1 and AWWA standards

  • Operate oxy/acetylene torch and overhead cranes

  • Work with a team to meet production deadlines

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years welding experience

  • Ability to pass horizontal and vertical weld tests (ASME Section IX)
