Job Responsibilities:
Work with room booking officer to monitor and coordinate request for external training room
Source for catering vendors and coordinate refreshment and lunch for classes held at external training venue
Work with vending machine vendor to ensure smooth operation and timely supply of snacks and beverages
Assist Reporting Officers in preparing reports, coordinating meetings, info/data collection and updating system data
Any duties pertaining to programme administration and logistic support

Job Requirements:
At least a diploma holder ,Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and written skills
Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
Team player, and able to work under pressure and short deadlines<...
