• Support in collation of all Beneficiaries Acknowledgement FormSG forms.
• Bookkeeping of all DIK (donation in kind) related documents in a shared folder.
• Support Manager/Partnerships & Managers/Regional Coordination in collection of DIK Inventory status, requests for DIK items and Acknowledgement of receipt from Beneficiaries from Programme & Hospital Partners
• Maintain change of contact database
• Support half-yearly stock take
• Support distributions and C&E (Communication & Engagement)-led programme activations
