  • Governance Support: Oversee the board and shareholder meeting process, validate board packs, and review corporate minutes for accuracy and consistency.

  • Documentation Management: Manage the flow of executed legal documents, ensuring proper naming, storage, and coordination of notarizations/apostilles.
