Job Description:

Template & Attachment Design :

• Design sewing templates for pattern sewers, flatlock, overlock, and special machines.
• Develop guides, folders, jigs, fixtures, clamps, and attachments to improve sewing accuracy and productivity.
• Customize templates based on style, fabric type, and operation requirements.
• Work closely with IE and production teams to understand operation constraints.

3D Printing & Prototyping :

Design and develop 3D models for:

• Sewing templates
• Machine spare parts
• Replacement of plastic parts
• Custom attachments and holders

• Operate and maintain 3D printers.

• Select appropriate materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, etc.) based on usage and durability.
