Job Description:
Template & Attachment Design :
Design sewing templates for pattern sewers, flatlock, overlock, and special machines.
Develop guides, folders, jigs, fixtures, clamps, and attachments to improve sewing accuracy and productivity.
Customize templates based on style, fabric type, and operation requirements.
Work closely with IE and production teams to understand operation constraints.
3 D Printing & Prototyping :
Design and develop 3 D models for:
Sewing templates
Machine spare parts
Replacement of plastic parts
Custom attachments and holders
• Operate and maintain 3 D printers.
• Select appropriate materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, etc.) based on usage and durability.
• Conduct trials and improve designs based on production feedback.
Skills Required :
• Basic knowledge of CAD software
• Hands-on experience with 3 D printing.
