Template Scheduler

About the Role
Beehive BPO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to manage one of the most critical coordination points in our operations: template appointment scheduling and routing.
In this role, you will ensure that template appointments are accurately scheduled, properly confirmed, efficiently routed, and aligned with shop and field capacity. Your work directly impacts fabrication timelines, installation schedules, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Routing
Schedule all template appointments in accordance with company policies and management direction
Route template appointments at least two business days in advance to ensure proper technician capacity and efficient travel time
Sequence jobs to support smooth production flow and on-time installations
Customer Confirmation
Perform confirmation and reminder calls with homeowners
Send and monitor confirmation messages via Jmail (text and email)
