Job Description

Job Title: Temporary Admin Clerk (Maternity Cover)
Location: Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg
Type: Temporary (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: R7,000 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, professional and organised Admin Clerk to provide temporary support while our permanent team member is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and maintaining high standards of client communication and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally
  • Capturing and processing orders online
  • Generating invoices and quotes using Xero
  • Printing, filing, and organising documents
  • Drafting and distributing newsletters
  • Assisting walk-in clients professionally
  • Writing and preparing accurate meeting minutes
