Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Contract Manger for a 10-months fixed-term contract (starting mid of April 2026) to cover a parental leave. The expected employment end date is mid of February 2027.
The Contract Manager (m/f/d)
oversees the review and the approval of all contractual documents for protection of the company´s contractual posture, response to customer requirements and adherence to TD SYNNEX´s policies.
supports the legal affairs of the organization as directed by the Transactional Legal group's management team.
manages legal issues with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
The Contract Manager is responsible for the support of TD SYNNEX in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Uses sophisticated negotiation skills and influence to direct and control contract negotiations as required to meet established milestones and objectives.
