Temporary ECE 3-5 Supervisor

Administration

• Responsible for the daily functioning of the program following Center goals, Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety Standards and Licensing requirements.
• Maintain the health & safety of children, environment and equipment.
• Support the work and direction of McGregor as directed by the Board and Management.
• Prepare monthly board written report and attend and participate in Board meetings.
• Maintain full enrolment of the center and coordinate in-center transfers from the Infant/Toddler program and 3-5 Centre and schedule and conduct parent orientations.
• Keep children’s files and information up-to-date, accurate and in order.
• Secure supplies, food and equipment as necessary for the center within established budget.
• Completion of other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Coordinate practicum and volunteer placements.
