Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Workday configurations and functionality
• Develop and execute training programs on HRIS usage
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights
• Lead progress meetings and monitor implementation statuses
• Conduct testing and audits on HCM data accuracy
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree in HR or IT
• At least five years in HRIS implementation and management
