• Administrative support for housing assessment
• Contact for refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
• E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines.
• End to end tracking of referrals
• To communicate with hostel coordinators as and when support is needed.
• Servce as frontline staff to handle students’ enquiries and draft correspondence.
• Weekly updates of cases.
• Administrative support for tagging students with external hostels in system.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
