Temporary Operations Support Analyst

Position Overview

International Motors is hiring an Operations Support Analyst. This is a temporary position with potential for full-time employment. The purpose of this position is to provide operations support for all duties as assigned to accurately and efficiently support our customers and daily operations in areas of customer service, accounting, transportation, records, claims and returns.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities


+ Performs a variety of tasks to support the preparation of the detailed financial statements and the maintenance of various financial subsystems.

+ Performs routine activities within the computer room, such as monitor all systems, equipment logs, reports, and batch schedule performance.

+ Perform first level problem determination and resolution or escalate issue accurately to appropriate personnel and properly document outages and problems.
