Job Description

• Monitor and track delivery orders in real-time using the company's information system to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with branch staff to confirm that orders are ready for pickup and assigned to riders efficiently.
• Support in resolving minor delivery issues, such as rider delays, customer follow-ups, or order mismatches.
• Maintain a log of customer complaints related to deliveries and escalate major issues to the Assistant Manager.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback on delivery timeliness and rider behavior through CRM or follow-up calls.
• Monitor the performance of in-house and third-party riders (e.g. Foodpanda, etc.) and report delays or repeated inefficiencies.
• Help compile daily and weekly reports on delivery volumes, complaints, and performance metrics.
• Assist in planning delivery coverage during high-demand days (e.g., Sundays, Ramadan, Eid, Mother's Day).
