THIS IS A 3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT WITH A POSSIBILITY OF RENEWAL

Duties & Responsibilities

Administration

• Ensure all filing is accurately filed and up to date
• Distribution Administrator
• Ensuring that the correct Business Units / Target Markets are invoiced and informing you line manager of any occurrences where this is not the case

Sales

• Processing the Distribution and Industry orders timeously
• Capturing invoices onto Axapta with accuracy
• Controlling of cash sales

Stock Control

• Reduction of credits and communication with the Operations Manager regarding stock shortages and deliveries
• Ensure proper communication of the above is sent to all staff involved in the process.
