Yin Homes is a boutique real estate team based in TTDI, and we're looking for a driven Tenancy / Leasing Executive to manage and close rental transactions across our residential portfolio.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy client interaction, property viewings, and hands-on responsibility — while working closely within a small, collaborative team with strong support, steady leads, and clear earning potential.
Job Scope
Source, secure, and negotiate with potential tenants to achieve occupancy targets on company's rental units
Assist to conduct marketing research in keeping-up with market trends
Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential tenants
Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
