Tenant Relations Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tenant relations, customer service, property management, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of tenant services, lease administration, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle tenant complaints, inquiries, and conflict resolution professionally
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenants and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
