Tender Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate freight tender submissions from carriers and service providers
• Prepare cost and rate comparison reports to support decision-making
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales teams for tender requirements and clarifications
• Maintain updated records of tenders, contracts, and related documentation
• Assist in negotiating terms and rates with freight carriers
• Monitor and report on tender results and contract performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or procurement analysis
• Knowledge of air and sea freight operations and pricing
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis too...
