Job Description & Requirements

• Examine the project bidding documents, which include technical specifications, business documents, and drawing documents;
• Determine how many projects each curtain wall system has;
• Indicate in colour the scope of work for the Twilight contract on the node diagram for the plane, facade, and curtain wall;
• Completing the whole cost calculation file, determine the system price and material content (such as aluminium profiles, iron components, aluminium plates, glass, etc.) based on the design scheme drawings and the unit price of materials, labour, and measurements;
• Assign the list item's unit price based on the total cost price that has been established;
• Additional tasks pertaining to commercial bids for curtain walls.

• A bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on machinery, civil engineering, engineering costing, or other relevant fields;
