Job Requirements :
Minimum 1 year working experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Background in Engineering / Technical field is an advantage
Familiar with tender processes and quotation preparation
Job Scope :
Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and proposals
Review technical specifications and client requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing and technical inputs
Follow up on submitted quotations with clients and vendors
Maintain proper tender documentation and records
Working Environment :
Desk-based / indoor role (99%)
Outdoor only when required
Office hours, minimal field exposure
Skills & Attributes :
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Good communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
