Tender & Contracts Executive (Marine)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and brokers to identify new opportunities and manage ongoing relationships.

• Receive and review tender documents, prepare detailed cost estimates, and build cost sheets including material, labor, and forex components.

• Issue RFPs/RFQs to vendors, clarify technical/commercial details, and review quotations to ensure compliance and competitive pricing.

• Coordinate tender submissions, collate internal documents, assess critical items, and perform basic risk assessments to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Assist in contract discussions, procurement, and equipment management, including delivery timelines, milestone payments, and post-award project monitoring.

• Support contract management for awarded projects, including budget control, milestone invoicing, guarantees, and post-mortem reporting for completed projects.
