Job Description

Summary

Lead the end‑to‑end Tender and Contracts process for large‑scale solar (and storage) projects across APAC from early development through to Notice to Proceed (NTP). Partner cross‑functionally to prepare, issue, negotiate, and award contracts that balance cost, risk, schedule, and quality—ensuring governance, clarity of scope, and timely decisions to enable successful project delivery.


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre‑tender process, including drafting and issuing RFQs/ITTs, onboarding new contractors, and coordinating closely with Development and Procurement.

  • Engage with project stakeholders (Development, Technical/Engineering, Legal, HSE, Grid/Networks, Finance) to gather specifications, clarify technical and commercial queries, and align on bid evaluation criteria.

  • Drive commercial negotiations with preferred bidders; shape terms and conditions in line with project requirements and company standards.
