Tender Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tender portals (public & private sector)
• Prepare and submit technical & financial bids
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Maintain tender records and database
• Follow up on tender results, bid bonds & guarantees
• Handle contractual documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience (medical devices preferred)
• Strong MS Office & documentation skills
• Excellent coordination & communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
