Tender & Administrative Support

• Strictly follow and execute the assigned task within timelines.
• Compile tender submissions, integrating inputs from factories.
• Maintain trackers, schedules, and approval logs to ensure timely and error-free submissions.
• Document clarification responses, track progress for ongoing tenders, organize follow-up actions and escalate, where necessary.

Coordination & Liaison

• Request and track vendor quotations; compile comparative summaries for review.
• Support internal approval workflows by preparing required documents ahead of deadlines.

Documentation & Quality Control

• Ensure version control, formatting consistency, and compliance of all submissions with internal standards.
