Tender Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, submission, and clarification of tenders for utility and private-sector transmission and distribution projects.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and the issuance of enquiry and quotation documents to OEMs and subcontractors based on project scope.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents.
• Organise and maintain tender records and documentation systematically.
• Consolidate tender information for ISO audit and compliance purposes.
• Update foreign exchange currency listings on a regular basis.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, applicable regulations, and other legal requirements.

Candidates who demonstrate the ability to manage tenders independently, following technical and commercial training, may be considered for progression to a senior role.
