Job Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and commercial evaluations for T&D projects, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

• Prepare, compile, and submit tenders for T&D projects within deadlines
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs
• Attend tender briefings, site visits, and clarification meetings

Estimation & Costing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for T&D works
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Identify cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and assumptions
