:As our Tender Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end tender process for new and existing clients. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling, commercially sound proposals that align with client needs and our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality tenders and RFQs.
Analyse tender documents and client requirements to develop winning strategies.
Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and sales teams to gather input and ensure alignment.
Produce written content to convey the Maersk value proposition.
Manage timelines and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards.
Conduct post-tender reviews and support contract negotiations where required.
