Job Description

As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tender process within our organization, with a specific focus on the Controls, Fire & Security business lines in the Benelux region. You play a key role in successfully responding to (inter)national tenders and proposal requests. You work closely with sales, legal, finance, and operational teams to deliver winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end tender process across the Benelux region.
Focus on tenders related to Controls, Fire & Security solutions.
Analyze tender documents and translate them into a clear bid strategy.
Draft and edit high-quality, customer-focused, and distinctive proposals.
