Position summary: The Tender Manager directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As the Tender Manager, you will work with the local Sales team representing the Project Management organization throughout the tender and contract negotiation process. Your focus will be on risk mitigation and negotiating project execution topics with customers, such as scheduling, logistic studies, and other contractual interfaces. You will also provide support to management during the pre-tender process, evaluating tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and performing cost calculations to estimate all required material, equipment, and manpower needed to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
