Tender Planning Manager

Job Summary

The Tender Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all tender and bid activities to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive submissions. This role integrates project planning, cost inputs, and commercial strategies during the pre-construction and tender stages to support successful bid outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender planning activities, including project scheduling, phasing, and methodology development
• Prepare detailed tender programs, construction schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, QS, procurement, and operations teams during tender preparation
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop viable construction strategies
• Identify project risks, constraints, and opportunities during the tender stage
