Tender Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Tender Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in civil construction tendering, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to produce accurate and competitive tender submissions. This role requires someone who is confident working under pressure, deadline‑driven, and proficient in RIB Candy software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil construction projects.
Analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to compile competitive tender submissions.
Conduct quantity take‑offs, rate build‑ups, and cost estimates using RIB Candy.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Identify risks, exclusions, and clarifications for tender submissions.
Support the tender team with technical input and cost‑related insights.
