Tender Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Tender Quantity Surveyor to support pre-contract tendering for public sector infrastructure projects, particularly those under LTA and PUB involving mechanical, electrical and integrated utility systems.

The successful candidate will be involved in cost estimation, preparation of tender submissions, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure competitive and compliant proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ and pricing breakdowns for LTA and PUB tenders
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance with public sector requirements
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams on pricing strategy
• Support submission of complete tender documents within deadlines
• Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations
