Duties & Responsibilities

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Business Administration
• 5+ years' experience in tendering/bidding within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and tender processes
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and tender documentation systems
