Tender Specialist

The Proposal Specialist for Foxboro and Triconex systems is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of proposals for North America, with detailed bid responses. This role is critical and involves coordinating and executing all efforts in transactional and complex proposal preparations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all efforts in preparing transactional and complex Foxboro and Triconex system proposals, including associated services and documentation deliverables estimates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Technical Specialists, Project Managers, Sales Representatives, finance, writers, and subject‑matter experts, to gather information and insights for proposal content.
• Write, edit, and review high‑quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Schneider Electric control systems, ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency.
