Tender specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Tender Specialist / Sales Executive to manage tender applications and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and supplying goods, as well as navigating procurement processes.



Key Responsibilities:



Identify and track tender opportunities related to general supplies (e.g., office supplies, equipment, consumables)

Prepare, review, and submit complete tender documents in compliance with requirements

Source quotations from suppliers and prepare competitive pricing

Maintain an organized database of tender documents and submissions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and procurement officers

Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities

Follow up on submitted tenders and sales leads

Negotiate and close supply contracts
