The purpose of the Tender Specialist role is to lead, coordinate, and deliver high quality tender responses that effectively position the company to win new business and retain existing customers. The role serves as the central link between Sales, Operations, and Management to gather information, validate costs, and prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially sound proposals. It ensures strong tender processes that contribute to sustainable and profitable growth.
