Position: Junior Tender & Sales Support Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Key Responsibilities

- Tender & Quotation Preparation
- Assist in the end-to-end preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents and sales quotations.
- Liaise with Inter-Company units, Internal departments, and 3rd party Vendors to collate technical proposals, pricing, and quotations for bid inclusion.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurately formatted, and submitted via the required platforms before strict deadlines.
- Support the management of technical/commercial queries, customer vendor pre-qualifications, and meeting schedules relevant to assigned tenders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Tender Manager.
