- Prepare the tender documentation file, coordinate updates and inputs from all relevant departments, and take full ownership of the timely submission of the tender package for each respective tender.
- Lead the compilation and submission of technical and administrative tender packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, HSE, quality, finance, legal, and document control teams to consolidate required inputs.
- Ensure full compliance with client instructions, tender specifications, and internal quality standards.
- Prepare and review administrative documentation, including eligibility documents, corporate registrations, financial statements, and declarations.
